Building Management Staff

296-1646. This telephone is answered 24 hours a day.
The building management office is located in suite 2240. Office
hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Security services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Frank Connolly, SMA
Chief Engineer

Frank has been a staff member at 1125 since
1989. He was promoted to Chief Engineer in
January of 2003. In 2007, Frank won the Building
Engineer of the Year Award for Denver Metro
Building Owners and Managers Association. In
2009, Frank is celebrating his 20th year at 1125
Seventeenth Street. He is a licensed building
engineer and an avid Minnesota Vikings fan.

Nichole DePass
Administrative Assistant

Nichole joined our staff in July 2004 and is most
likely the first person that you will talk to when you
call the management office. In her free time, Nichole
enjoys scuba diving and photography.
Mindi has been a staff member at 1125 since April
of 2001. She was promoted to General Manager in
January of 2003. She has a Colorado Broker's
License. Mindi has 16 years experience in the
property management field. Her favorite sports team
is the Colorado Avalanche.
Ryan joined the 1125 staff in January of 2000. Ryan
recently completed his SMT designation from the
Building Owners and Managers Association.
Luke joined the 1125 team in May of 2003 and
recently just celebrated his six year anniversary at
the building.
